Special Education Law & Legal Advice for UK

When searching for a legal advisor, I believe it is important to instruct someone who has both the professional expertise and personal experience, to assist you in securing the correct educational support for your child.

As both a professional working within the field of UK education law, and as a parent of a son with special educational needs, I understand the pressures that parents experience on a daily basis.

" I provide a highly professional, personalised service, at an affordable price and have a 98% success rate. Your child is as important as my own children and I pride myself in securing the right outcomes for my clients "

Annual Reviews

Each local authority is legally required to conduct an Annual Review of a child, or young person's Education, Health, Care Plan (EHCP) or Individual Development Plan (IDP) every twelve months. Annual Reviews for children aged 5 years and under are completed every six months. This is an important opportunity to update your child or young person's EHCP or IDP to ensure that it accurately reflects your child, young person's needs and provision required to meet those needs, in addition to the school placement.
